The bistro of Van der Valk Hotel Antwerp is called Stiel and this is also the thread throughout the restaurant, crafts are central and you can taste that.

On the menu, you will find a mix of Valk classics, typical Belgian dishes and seasonal suggestions. If you feel like a quick and tasty snack, you can visit our cosy bar for a burger or finger food.

Bistro Stiel is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Every Sunday you have breakfast at out breakfast buffet. Enjoy our luxurious buffet together with your family, friends, or just the two of you. The brunch will be served weekly from 13:00 a.m. till 15:30 p.m.

The drinks you can have during those 2 hours are including house wine, Jupiler beer, coffee and tea, water, and lemonade.

On Friday & Saturday you can join us at Bistro Stiel for our live cooking evenings. For groups as well as for a table for two this is the ideal location.

Enjoy an extensive buffet with hot and cold starters and main dishes between 6 pm and 10 pm. Have meat or fish cooked à la minute by our chef and finish off with a delicious dessert buffet.
