Antwerp is extra atmospheric in winter: illuminated streets, cosy cafés and a lively Christmas market set the scene. Take a spin on the ice rink or admire the city from the Ferris wheel. Van der Valk Hotel Antwerpen gets you there easily thanks to its location on the Ring Road, while the nearby Rivierenhof offers a peaceful counterbalance after a busy day of shopping. Round things off with a hot chocolate in one of the snug cafés.
