Whether you need a small meeting room or a large event location, the Van der Valk Hotel in Antwerp offers various tailor-made solutions. It is possible to rent space for groups from 2 to 250 people. Apart from meetings, our spaces are also perfect for workshops, teambuilding sessions, walking dinners, parties, receptions and informal get-togethers. We have 26 state-of-the-art multifunctional rooms and halls. Our largest auditorium has a capacity of 250 people when setup as a theatre. In our board rooms you can have meetings with as few as 2 people.

When renting an office in our Business Center you will be getting an empty canvas to work with. We offer you the space you wish to rent and you are responsible for furnishing it according to your needs. If you don’t want to do it alone, our technical staff is here to help.

All-in price, no hidden costs

With us, you rent an office space for a minimum period of one year. The office rental price is an all-in price per square metre that does not involve any additional costs. Van der Valk Hotel Antwerp has 2 bistros: Stiel and Joe's.

If you are organising a meeting or event and would like to treat your guests to a relaxing culinary break, Joe's Foods & Drinks is the place to be for a coffee break or an extensive sandwich lunch. For a delicious à la carte lunch or dinner you can visit our restaurant Stiel. Because organizing an event is different each time, we offer a number of packages. If you are renting an office in our Business Center, you and your colleagues can enjoy an extensive à la carte lunch or dinner in our restaurant Stiel or a quick snack at Joe's. We also have an à la carte sandwich service. Then there is our shop where our guests can buy sandwiches, snacks or drinks. The shop also sells all kinds of delicacies, such as croissants and the famous Antwerp hand-shaped biscuits. And last but not least we have sweets, nuts and olives. The drinks come in convenient take-away packaging. There are waters, soft drinks, wines and beer.

For those who have left their mobile phone charger at home, we found a solution! We have separate cables, plug-in chargers and car chargers. Powerbanks and mobile phone holders for in the car are also available. The shop is located at the hotel reception and is open 24 hours a day.

Finally, our employees guarantee flawless service. So, everyone can get back to work full of energy after an enjoyable lunch or coffee break.

Easy access

Our hotel is located in Antwerp close to a ring road exit, making us easily accessible by car. We are also easy to reach by public transport. The train takes you to Antwerp Central Station and from there you can take tram 24 from Roosevelt to tram stop ‘Joe English – Collegelaan’. The tram to Antwerp centre is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Free parking

At Van der Valk Hotel Antwerp, parking is completely free for guests. The car park has room for 315 vehicles. This means you have complete freedom to use public transport or the car, just as it suits you. Moreover, as a tenant of one of our offices, you can rent fixed parking spaces. This way, you and your colleagues are assured of a place on our parking lot. Or, if you’re up for it, you could rent one of our bikes!
